WITNESS STATEMENT

To the Rainbow Family of Living Light & to any other interested parties
My name is Paul Robin Denton born in London on the 4th of July ,1963. I grew up in Canada and in South Africa and studied Legal theory, Latin and International Relations at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and I am the father of 3 children who reside in the UK.
I am making this witness statement to the Rainbow Family in America and is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
Where possible I will try to supply evidence or links to support my assertions. Any interested parties can at any time contact me by whatsapp or telegram or email me on the details supplied below if they have further questions.
This year is the 50 th Anniversary of the Rainbow Family in Colorado , USA. My first gathering I attended in 1985 near Dillard , Missouri.
From that time I have acted as a focaliser or facilitator since we do not have leaders in the Rainbow. I have consistently worked for World Peace and against racism in my home country and abroad as a rainbow warrior. At the time I grew up in apartheid South Africa I made a conscious decision to :
1. Not join the army and fight the communists in Angola. A fake war that scarred millions with its needless brutality.
2. Leave a racist apartheid South Africa and not support its system of legal discrimination.
3. To actually meet and learn from black indigenous people in Africa by travelling to their homes and learning their cultures.
4. To drop out of law school.
This made me an outcast amongst many white South Africans and a refugee to the world who viewed South Africa as a racist paraiah state.
I spent the next 10 months in Africa learning how to hunt, learning the customs of African peoples across the continent. Eventually I ended up in the USA again. The home of the free.
I believe in a Creator and I consider myself as a follower of Christ. I spent some time in the missions of Jivanadi and Kwasizabantu in Zululand. As well as Athos a monastic community in Greece.
Since 1985 I have worked as a focaliser in Africa and was listed in the first ALL WAYS FREE magazine as the point of contact for anyone needing shelter or information when visiting Southern Africa.
I helped convene/focalise the first gatherings in Poland ( 1991),Greece ( 1996),South Africa ( 1997), World Gathering Zimbabwe (2001),England ( 2006) , World Healing Retreat Egypt ( 2006), One World Gathering, Altai, Russia ( 2006), Oriental Wadi Rum,Jordan ( 2007) , Bosnia(2007), Serbia ( 2008), World Peace Morocco and many others.
I not only travelled to over 120 nation of the planet but got to.meet some incredible people. Some nobody will ever hear about. Others like Nelson Mandela , Desmond Tutu, The Dalai Lama , Nadine Gordimer, Prince Charles, Uhuru Kenyatta, Lucky Dube, Brenda Fassie, Peter Tosh, Turan Ozbay, Sheikh Nasim , Effendi and Ibrahim , Angus Buchan, John Travolta, Jimmy Carter and Brother Roger and my father Vernon Denton all made impressions on my thoughtlines and the development of my world view.
But in the end I shaped it according to my own conscience. What I had learned on that first trip through Africa into the wild.
During my 36 years working thanklessly and for free doing thousands of hours admin on facebook groups and yahoo groups , answering and writing letters, scouting, cleaning up and sitting through vision or magic hat councils for days, working in the kitchen, digging shitpits, carrying firewood or supplies, sitting down with indigenous tribes to get permission to gather or explaining to local officials what a rainbow is…I was NEVER paid a salary or any money in fact. It was all volunteer work.
I did it because I believe in peace. And love. And light. And the Human Spirit. I have visited Auswitz memorial near Krakow three times. The last in a peace caravan overland from London to Jerusalem in 2006.
I have never, never and never been accused of any wrongdoing.
Not by anyone. In fact when I was dragged into the Black Hills debate I made a point of visiting Chief Arvol Looking Horse of the Lakota( keeper of the Sacred pipe) at his home in Green Grass,South Dakota in 2017.
As I have no criminal convictions I was free to travel to the USA. And in fact since 2008 I have travelled to any country of the world without problem.
I also later visited the Hopi elders ( Kevin Lomotska) to talk about their prophecies and ours -and the mysterious sacred tablet that speaks about the lost white brother. All of these encounters are recorded.
Further,I totally respect our first nations and their elders having visited many tribes in my youth throughout Africa to learn their ways and culture.
I understand their fears of cultural appropriation.
On February 4th, 2008 my wife Ewelina Anna Denton ( who became a Born again Christian and hated Rainbow ) during a bid to stop me taking my children back to South Africa from the UK falsely accused me of raping my own daughter( sic).
Her aim was to get a divorce and get me out of the house.
In England like in America it is seldom a man is believed when it comes to false allegations. We saw the Johnny Depp trial and we now know that it is true.
That a woman can lie under oath. When it happened to me no one thought it was possible.
In fact the Johnny Depp case was similar to mine. But was far far worse. And I didnt have his money or popularity on social media.
SO- not only did she my ex wife use my daughter like a pawn and drag a 7 year old to a crown court ( sic)... She messed up her head with a total lie.As did the social services.
- Child anal rape. ( sic). Even the arresting officer knew it was a lie. But they allowed it to happen!
The charge was disproven immediately- but I was forced to leave the house.That was the aim. Because I refused to make a divorce on the grounds it would hurt our family. My mistake. Had I known what the establishment are capable of I would have simply packed my bags and hit the road.
Some months later she was coerced by the police and social services to "come clean" -or lose the children.They put her in a " place of safety " in Croydon and washed her brain.
What I didnt know then was that they were targetting me as a Christian and also the Jesus Fellowship which I attended but never joined.
I didnt agree with all their doctrines and found them over controlling. But it was a small community and they were like a local church. We had no idea what Noel Stanton and his cronies were up to.
After I was targetted as a legal test case sanctioned by the official prosecutor Mr / Sir Keir Stormer now labour leader and possibly the next PM in 2024. It had a political agenda to rubber stamp new laws of the establishment into being.
For them it worked. They never counted the human cost. They got what they wanted - ( to neutralize anyone thought to be a Christoan extremist )-and the Jesus Fellowship was some years later.. .dissolved.
In my case I was the political ammunition because I was seen as an influencer and a Christoan extremist. Both in rainbow and in the church. The prosecutors had to be seen not biased towards muslims.
It didnt go all their way because I fought back in court -and against all the odds...I WON.
But it took nearly 4 years. And a different government.
The same arresting officer DC WEDGER who has now been "fired" and discredited from the police- accepting an early retirement- and who accepted a gift from my sister in law on the day of the first round of false allegations encouraged by coercion.
But my ex wife wanted "out" at any price. So she and Mr Wedger cooked up more FALSE allegations that couldnt be proved.
On September 11th 2008 my ordeal began again .
(DC Wedger for his efforts later got thrown under the bus with the Hoaxted case. )
-And the twist is he became a born again Christian.
I hope one day he truly will repent for his actions towards my family. And the others he has hurt furthering the political designs of the UK establishment. This is a separate story.
And so together my ex and her friend John cooked up the most fantastical horror story imaginable.
...And as we lived in the same house it was her word against mine. How could I prove my innocence ? I was already married for 12 years in the same house.
But in their haste they forgot key facts.
The BIG problem with her claims was that WHEN she said the major event - the rapes took
place...
I was in another country!!!

But in court the judge overlooked that fact...He let it cary on.
Even the jury was so disgusted two people actually excused themselves.
The judge in his haste also forgot due legal process and I didnt get a fair trial. In fact it was a show trial for the public.
Thats why eventually I WON my case and was acquitted or exonerated after 3 and a half years of hell.
They forgot that justice is blind you can only lie so much. But sometimes you need to fight for what you believe in.
Every single day my prayer was simple...
" GOD - GIVE ME JUSTICE !"
This and other evidence came to light only after the full court process had happened.
Thats how the law works in England.
That meant I was remanded in custody for a total of 3 years, 4 months and 16 days awaiting justice.
During this time I went on hunger strike for 35 days after being stabbed in the face ( I have photographic evidence )
The case eventually came before 3 high court judges who looked at the case and saw it for what it was.
A FALSE and malicious allegation.
And it was thrown out.
-only 4% of all cases in the RCJ are successful for the defendant...me.
But against all odds I was victorious.
The story is really very simple.
I loved my children and they meant the world to me.
And I was prepared to take a bullet for them.
So did my ex wife.
She loved them too and was prepared to do anything for them...which included lying under oath to keep them in her care and to prevent them being placed into the hands of the social services. Much like Amber Heard. She was coached to cry for the jury.
I couldnt see or speak with my 3 children as a result of this false allegation for 6 years. I wasnt even punished for trying to send presents or cards on their birthdays. I wasnt even allowed a photograph. So I drew a picture of them from memory. That was the law in those days. No proof. No evidence.
We were just statistics.
Note:
As an added incentive she was paid by the state a sum of over 25 000 dollars or 20 000 British pounds to stand false witness against me- (not to mention what she received from tabloid newspapers and mags for her exclusive story about me which amounted to several thousands more).
It was the " sweetener" to get her to comply.
FAKE NEWS SELLS.
-but all of this and the domestic abuse towards the children- never came to trial.
It was swept under the carpet.
Remember , it was the children that mattered...not me. And they knew that. Like being tortured I would have admitted almost anything to ensure they did not suffer. I would happily have spent yhr rest of my life in a jail cell if it meant I could save theirs...
That is a Fathers Love.
So finally,on January 26 th , 2012 I was totally exonerated CLEARED of ALL charges- ACQUITTED ...in the Royal Courts of Justice in Holborn London.
CLEARED. INNOCENT. BY LAW.
The following year I saw my children and my ex wife at Cafe Nero off Trafalgar Square with my parents. I spoke to my ex wife privately as my mother and father looked after their grandchildren. “ I FORGIVE you Ewelina!” Is what I said to her.
She asked me what I wanted. I said “ TOTAL RECONCILIATION!…” And since this date I have tried to protect my children from what happened. I kept silent. I never spoke about what happened in our household.Never.
In any case no one would believe me. But the truth came out . In the end. But at what cost ?
I wanted my children to finish their education and not be emotionally influenced by our family tragedy.
I did not tell my story to the world until now. And much of it has never been told.
That we were targetted is without question. That it was as political as the accusations made against Julian Assange (who I met and spoke with in Wandsworth in 2009 or 10 was indisputable.)
In fact we both regarded ourselves as political prisoners. Note that despite the Swedish charges being dropped- he is still being held. We already knew their intentions back then. The UK is a lacky for not standing up to Washington.
All these things are happening under our noses and we have no idea.
This is my witness statement.

I dont know how long this blog will remain online either but the story must be told to.the world.
I can of course keep quiet about it all… but it is time that the record be set straight. The only one from the rainbow who supported me and who understood my struggles were the Rev. Martin Cheney who made me a focaliser for the American Rainbow family and Robert Smith.
Both are dead now. One mysteriously in Slab City. I was on my way to meet him when it happened. Tragic.
To understand the Rainbow phenomenon its important to know where we came from... and that... was a place with an OPEN mind and an OPEN heart... that is the best place to receive.
That is how we perceive the supernatural. The Rainbow miracle.. when we pray for rain in the desert... and it rains!
But all these are signs and wonders... the true miracle is the transformation of heart. Yet who wants to believe in miracles in this cynical narcisstic world ?
And we have google. And that is our new god. Google knows it all. Or does it ? A centralised information platform run by a global elite.
As if my suffering was not enough… I had to endure MORE persecution, hate and incitement to violence from my “fellow” rainbow brothers after 2012.
Despite all but one tabloid newspaper recanting for their defammation of my character sime trolls made it their business to become judge- jury and executioner.
particularly one… a Mr Adam finch "bux -bum " or Buxbaum. He claims to know it all. But he does not.
He I was told by a deceased rainbow guy Mr Smith was part of the originsl cointelpro programme that put rainbow on the FBI watchlist. Even if he doesnt know it... hes doing exactly what they do.
To alleviate suspicion or because he is really dumb...he even " investigated " it. Go on "fed book"...
All the elders know that rainbow was on the watchlist.Particularly Barry Adams and Martin Cheney. Martin saw right through it.
And certainly other intelligences or 3 letter agency cooperate with each other to neutralize what they see as a threat. Like Julian. He knew it . We knew it. Thats why he claimed asylum in the Equadorian embassy. We know how the system works.
Fortunately, this is why we dont have leaders in rainbow.
Were not top down structured. We are decentralized. welcomehome.org and the internet was designed according to rainbow ethos. Rob Savoye wrote the compilers for Sir Tim Berners Lee.
That is why the Jrsus fellowship fell. It was centralised. Rainbow is not. But it can be suppressed with cointelpro.
This is the " great game " - whether its neutralizing a political opponent like Donald Trump -or putting someone in jail for life on fake charges like Julian Assange.
-it doesnt matter.
If you are regarded as political dynamite. You get neutralized or smeared.
Cancel culture is the latest trend.. and it seems to work in Rainbow.. all you need is a few corrupted bad apples...who speak loudly and convincingly enough.

I was simply cancelled. .. this dude who has self styled himself as a international american "coordinator "-although I’ve never seen him cutting veggies or digging shitpits.

So I am forced to treat him as an enemy. Even though jesus says.. we must LOVE our enemies! - its hard. But one day I know my patience will be rewarded.
As
a result I have had numerous death threats and threats of violence
against my person throughout the years. ( I have kept some of the hatemails as evidence)
James Swan threatened to scalp me in the Black Hills in 2016.
He has been reported for his violent behavior.
Not only has he since been arrested and marginalised by the Lakota leadership and the ones in charge of reservation security... and local police- his views are considered racist and backward by most right-thinking conscious Lakota and Americans.
Words especially insipid ones have power to sway weaker minds to unprovoked violence. AND THIS goes against the spirit of the Shanti Sena circle and rainbow itself.
As for the elders.. all the good ones ran for the hills - America and the rest of the world are two separate entities.
Even so we must defend free speech. And the right to say what is reprehensible.
It is the bastion of a healthy democracy and social progress.
Yet words of hurt and harm are not designed for this. Even then we should allow the poison to be lanced. The ones that spread lies eventually reap what they sow. Thats my experience. It comes back to them.
Thats why we have our talking circles. And heart sharing.
Externalization helps healing. For everyone. I've seen the Great Spirit moving in the hearts of even the hardest of souls.
In life I have found that anything that challenges power structures get targetted. And they do ut all the time. History has shown us this in Iran , Rwanda and many other countries of the world.
Like others I’ve had to endure trolling and slander based on a single article written by a reporter who himself got fired for fake news.Jack Royston. He works for a tabloid paper now.
But it comes back on all of them eventually. Every single one. If you live in the light of God you are guided and protected.. wherever you go.
In 2012 and 2018 I sued google for the right to privacy and the right to be forgotten.
One case went to the European court in Strasbourg which was a tort and one that granted us more privacy.
The other was in the UK and was impossible to win because Google have too much of a stake in government and are like a multi headed hydra.
In the article which Finch likes to use against me it actually states I was" ACQUITTED "but most people actually don't get past the trigger headline.
Its called "laziness" and "bad reporting." But the media knows this because they make advertising revenue from numbers. Thats how Princess Diana was killed... the tabloid press.
It drover her over the edge. Her driver went to fast ... and crashed. And the very person that wrote this fake news about me Jack Royston...continues to write fake news about the Royal Family.
Like Finch & Friends he feeds on negative emotions...its called "trolling. "
And this is where we are ..still...in 2022.
He is unrepentant. But in a rainbow gathering even an FBI lackey is welcome.
By the way.. In the UK it is possible to print fake news and get away with it. There is no oversight. Its called free speech.

Another troll representing the same people that threatened to scalp any rainbow people coming to the Black Hills in 2016 , Dr Alton Carroll a teacher of indigenous history and a fake Apache also singled me out for slander and hate.He got the word from some militant indians on the war path towards rainbow.
Dr Alton " Dubious" Carroll- slanderer at large and host of the newagefraud website used to shoot down a his targets with impunity.
"He has been divorced multiple times from women more than a dozen years his junior. The divorces seem to coincide with periods of high online sexual activity. Newagefraud.org was enlisted by Mr Swan a self confessed “scalper of hippies”… Both him and Finch have been known and are known as agent provocateurs. The idea of being paid or working to discredit the rainbow or a person is what they do.
This is one of the reasons we now boycott all American gatherings from 2017. They did it to others like Martin Cheney and Rainbow Hawk.
They thrive on negativity and not on truth. This was not how it all started.

In closing, for anyone that IS interested in the details , I have written a book called
“ STITCHED UP!”. I will also post evidential links showing my interaction with my ex wife after my incarceration...in her own home.
I can now speak up because all of my children have reached majority. These events took place between 2008 and 2012. Nearly a decade ago. I was the victim of a malicious prosecution which resulted in a miscarriage of justice.
But nobody cared. Norvwas I ever adequately compensated for false imprisonment.
And if I wasnt so totally convinced in my heart and ready to endure all I would have become another victim of the system.
I was and always was totally innocent of the crimes I was accused of and have spent the last 10 years attempting to rebuild my relationship with my children and their mother.
After the fact...
For the record after we forgave each other we had numerous dinners together, theater dates and mutual visits. I know why she did what she did and in hindsight I should probably have packed my bags and let her get on with it.
The only reason I am writing this witness statement now is because I want to be transparent and truthful.
The act of rape is an act of theft. Not just of ones physical integrity but of ones person.
This is what Mr. Adam Finch Buxbaum and his cronies are doing.
They are thieves or rapists of the spirit. Vampires. They do not value the spirit of what rainbow stands for or its vision of Universal Peace, understanding , love and healing...but are drunk on its power.
They are not spokepersons for the rainbow but for themselves and do not represent who we are as a family of living light of all nations.
They do this movement a diservice by their slander.
This I say with full confidence and without ego.

Unless you understand what it is to be a father and a family man you will never understand what it means to love unconditionally someone other than yourself.
"No greater love has man than to lay down his life for his brother / friend/ children... " Jesus.
To sacrifice for the other is the HIGHEST love.
That is what it means to be a father. And a brother. And a mother. And a sister… and a true rainbow warrior. It takes guts and commitment to a higher purpose than ones own selfish needs.
All my children have a college or university education and are doing well today because I was prepared to sacrifice my reputation and my freedom for them.
I was targeted by a police man who today has been discredited as has every single one involved in my case who decided to target and persecute me.
Being a witness means we must stay in the light and shine this light to the world for all to see.
We must learn to love our serves before we can learn to love others but if we do then it is a joy to love and serve others.
If we make a prayer for peace … we must also WALK in it!
And to stay on the red or righteous road is not always easy. It can be hard at times. But that is the choice that I have made as a peacemaker and a rainbow warrior of light and love.
Gandhi once said.. “ I am always ready to go to prison for doing what is right” …for it is not only your moral right to break an unjust law but your sacred duty!..”
The Rainbow Family do not have leaders but it has leadership. All of us are challenged to show it when we gather. To take responsibility for ourselves and others.
Over the last 36 years that is what I have tried to do. To see me in you. If we are going to invite everyone to a peace gathering to sit down or to stand up and pray for peace in this troubled world… we also must invite our enemies as well as our friends. Thats how we win the argument. Not through censorship and cancelling.
EVERYONE is invited to our rainbow gatherings… but not EVERYTHING.
We don't bring alcohol and hard drugs and violence. My last question is this…
If I were to love only my friends … and not my enemies how REAL would my love be?
How DEEP?.. How UNCONDITIONAL? How DIVINE?
Nelson Mandela my guide,mentor and fellow freedom fighter went to his jailers and the ones that were the architects of that hateful system we call APARTHEID… and forgave them.
He said to the nation… “ I want you to take your knives and your guns and throw them into the sea… and...” we are going to build a RAINBOW nation of all colors and creeds…”
Free of the domination and discrimination of one over the other. It is a pity as a country we forgot the importance of forliveness..
Nobody can understand what racism, discrimination and injustice in South Africa who hasn't lived through it and stood against it.
NO ONE.
It is like being in Auswitz. Or at the wall that divides Isreal with Palestine. God did not want is as a human race to be so divided. We have ONE planet. One Earth. There is no plan B.
Growing up in a racially prejudiced country taught me the importance of unity .
... “you don't know a man until you walk a mile in his moccasins.”

1. I have never never raped my wife ,or anyone else so help me God!
2. I do not have any convictions or a criminal record!
3. I was ACQUITTED rightfully and justly of ALL these false charges according to our legal judicial process in Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand in the United Kingdom on January 26th, 2012 in front of 3 senior judges. The highest court in the land. This is a proven fact. Not fake news. Its the truth. Its on record.

4. I was,and always was an INNOCENT man and a victim of a miscarriage of justice and a malicious prosecution and a corrupt police department witch hunt led by DC Jon Wedger and his cronies in the UK establishment. I WAS TARGETTED.

4. I proved my case in a court of law against ALL the odds. Only 4% of all cases brought before this court are successful. I did not run, and I did not hide because I believe in a higher justice and a higher power.
I call that God.
I have tried to protect the privacy of my family from misguided people and agents provocateur such as Mr Adam Finch Buxbaum, Dr. Carroll and others ( some have died suddenly or have committed suicide )eg Ms Brickman and teatree)-who incite hate to cause division, violence and distrust and lie.. that i their legacy.
Our laws favor some but not others. Bringing a defammation case to court requires at least 10000 pounds .
And they know that.
They like DC Wedger on unaccountable ...until they suddenly are. I sincerely hope and pray they never ever go through what I did.
For the suffering and needless persecution I have endured I hold them and their ilk personally responsible for the harm they have caused the rainbow, my family and my person or shall cause. They do the world a disservice and our movement.
They are trolls and do not love truth but lies, slander and scandal.
Finally, I do not fear any man but the Living God who lives in all of us and is our ultimate judge. God did not abandon me in my hour of need.
Since my acquittal I have worked for humanitarian causes and World Peace which is the founding mission of the Rainbow Family of Living Light.
I have worked also for justice and human rights and the empowerment of African people of all colors , creeds and gender. That was and is the legacy of Nelson Mandela.
I am currently working on and co creating the rewilding project which is a vision to save the planet from a mass extinction.
I have done so for no reward save that of knowing I have made a difference to someones life and to humanity.

Whilst I do not have a single bad word to say about this woman I will say this... she was there in Colorado... she comes to Rainbow Gatherings still to share her story... and she has a lot of wisdom... but she has remained silent about my affair and aloof.
She has not taken any stand. She has taken Finch as her roadie but nothing has rubbed off...on the contrary I THINK SHE REGRETS IT...( we will never know because shevsays nothing..like the Jesus Army.. some were good.. some were just cowardly.... perhaps it was the easy option )-
We all tried. Tried to be patient- loving - kind - considerate and understanding to Mr Finch and his ilk.
But he didnt seem to care. He went the way of the camel.. on his own path.
But it doesnt stop any of us from challenging anyone... including Feather. And Finch. And Garrick. And Gary.. and Barry.. and yes even me..
Thats the rainbow way. We try to BE love and to BE peace and to BE light. But sometimes we should take a stand and speak up.
Thats called "Walking in your prayer and Standing in your POWER" -Grandmother Leslie of the Lakota speaks exactly about this ( I've included the interview with her) - its easy to be judgemental when you can point a finger from an armchair... but when you look into a persons eyes... its not that easy..why? because in all of us is a story. And this story has many twists in it. The ability to maintain coherency over time is called integrity. Failing that... you live as a lie. And in fear. But thats just my opinion. Maybe I will think differently when Im too old to do much.
When things are manageable and comfortable and nobody questions or speaks about the elephant in the room...its easy to point a finger!
But living truth requires sacrifice. Commitment. Honor.
To cross the Frontier of Ignorance means we must step out of our comfort zone and fear not the unknown... That is a true pioneer spirit.
Lets pray that we do not lose it with time!
